The MBA / Master 2 in Business Law and Management of the University Paris II - Panthéon-Assas is a unique Master degree in France. In one year, the MBA/M2 offers a double degree, a double specialization and a double professionalization.
The MBA / Master 2 Business Law and Management was created in 2007 within the Paris School of Law and Business (Ecole de Droit et Management de paris), which is linked to the University Paris II - Panthéon-Assas.
The school was founded by academics and professionals gathered around Professors Michel Germain and Jérôme Duval-Hamel, with the support of the Business law Institute (Institut de Droit des Affaires), and in cooperation with the French Association of In-house Counsels (Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprise, AFJE).
The MBA / Master 2 in Business Law and Management is an innovative program. It delivers two degrees in Law and Business Management: a Master 2 that provides a complete academic training and a University Diploma (DU) MBA which formalizes a thorough practical training.

The executive MBA/M2 is a special curricula designed for professionals.
The executive MBA/M2 ensures a high level of scientific knowledge and legal and managerial skills. Training allows a better control of business issues and management practices of companies. Therefore, it increases professional opportunities for its students.

They offer internships to students, for a minimum period of nine months, thereby easing their access to a professional career.
In parallel, students also work on a new Entrepreunership Program: TV DMA, the 1st Web TV on Law and Management. It is an entrepreneurship program which is part of the curricula. Students are the contractors of TV DMA and participate in its development. This initiative enables them to develop and measure their leadership. It is also an outstanding opportunity to meet the most influential people of the economic, legal and political worlds. Other projects have been conducted as part of the Entrepreneurship Program, in partnership with Croissance Plus, the first French network of business growth, ADAGE (Association de Droit et Gestion des Entreprises) and the Manpower Foundation.

The MBA / Master 2 Business Law and Management benefits from a major recognition from academics: it has been No.1 in the French rankings on Business Law and Management (SMBG, Nouvel Observateur) for 8 consecutive years. This year, the MBA/M2 is also No.4 of the EDUNIVERSAL international rank on Commercial Law and Management.
